Contest $100 Page Design.

I'm creating a simple wordpress theme and need a designer to create me a PSD design that will be passed to our coder who'll create the theme.

The theme is for our VLC download website. VLC is a media player:

I want to use the blue and black fade colour scheme for the background, as seen here:

Here is my very rough draft to show you the basic layout:

I would like:

1) The VLC screenshot to be playing a scene from a movie. And for the screenshot of the player to be on a slant.

2) The download button should read "free download".

3) The blog post section to be designed so it has a menu on the right and content on the left like a standard wordpress install.

The top section (with the screenshot and download button) should take up most of the screen above the fold - i want it to attract the visitors attention to encourage an install of VLC.

Layered CSS file required.

When you say "layered CSS file" I assume you mean a PSD/PNG?
