    Hi,
    As we are fire selling most of our sites you got a once in a lifetime opportunity to gain this rare gem into your possession.
    We need cash for 2 main sites we run and we are liquidating all other assets at loss prices so hurry up and grab this one!

    We recently bought this site from a seller here on Flippa. Original sale is at:

    Since buying it we've invested a lot of time and money to develop it: we fixed a lot of bugs, added paging, build a complete admin, put new pages in place and much more.

    Site is hosted on our machine using low BW and a bit of space so you can host it on any shared hosting with no issues.

    Revenue is made out of Bin-layer, GlobalInteractive and Adsense.
    Recently we added CPALead which is making a nifty 15-25$ a day alone on the site.

    Payments to users are around 100-120$ a month leaving net profit of around 200-250$ a month.

    Hi,
    The reason is very simple:
    The original owner user to make leads off the site via misc systems - that made him a nice profit.
    I don't like that nor am I in the know of how to do that so I left only good old advertising in there.
    I'm a simple and honest guy and all that complex lead catching technique was too much for me.

    I hope it helps clarify and looking forward to seeing bids - note that there's NO RESERVE here.

    I sure can.
    We had a huge visit surge during the Christmas holidays due to some content a known site had published on our site (we didn't ask for it but it sure was nice). It spiked to 150K uniques a day!
