    Hello Friends,
    Today i am in a problem and i need your help.
    I purchased an Ebay Gift card for $40 on another forum and when i tried it,it didnt work and the seller turned out a scammer.
    With 15 mins of Payment i filed a dispute with paypal and now the status of the claim is "being reviewd by paypal"
    is there anychance that i will get my money back.

    on my paypal account it shows payment refunded and still the case is being reviewed by paypal and statutus is refund pending ???????

    Paypal is known to take sides with the buyer and so you should get back your money very easily. Just wait out few more days without becoming anxious. Your refund would be credited in your account as soon as Paypal completes its review! :)

    I got an email from paypal today.
    It says that do not ship the item? I am confused,why shoud they say like that,i am not the seller,i am the buyer and i have purchased it and opened a dispute.

    An eCheck payment from lewis skeet was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment.

    As they said PayPal always sides with the buyer...sometimes when the buyer is wrong even. In your case I'd say you have nothing to worry about.

    you should call paypal the the item was being purchase via online so that you will be able to get back the money right away.
