Do you consider buying advertising such as banner and text ads the same as buying traffic?

I never have trusted buying any so called traffic as it's hard to tell what's even real.

it might be "AdSense-safe" but it's still against AdSense TOS.

so it doesn't matter if your ads get abused because if you're buying traffic, it's just as bad.

Buying traffic, advertising, has nothing to do with Adsense.

Google could care less how you bring in traffic. One has nothing to do with the other.

What they do care is what your site is about.

    What makes you think otherwise???

I would not go with him (them?), because he has a computer answer all calls and it is set up to make it look like it is a legitimate business. The recording says press the pound sign to reach the operator. The thing is, you never get through to one.

Another reason why you should not go with him, and the biggest reason is that his rates are WAY too low. Advertising is expensive, or, at the very least, somewhat expensive. There has to be enough money from a customer. like you. to divide between the ad network and the werbmasters who will take your ads.

One of his rates is: $27.31 for 5,000 visitors.

We are talking less than one cent per click!

It should be more like, say, eight cents per click ($400), so, again, there is enough money to go to the ad network and the webmasters.

    Make sense?

You should buy traffic, advertise, but not through dumbasses like him.

well I haven't seen google banning any site using such sites. but still buying traffic is something i wouldn't consider.. rather use adwords or adbrite to target users to your site.. buying might mean some nutcases will come to your site that didnt want to be there..

Show where Google states that it does not like webmasters advertising to bring traffic in.

100% true, this is not something you do to build adsense traffic, but affiliate marketing instead
