neo bux pay on unverified paypal?

i am about to withdraw some money from neobux to by unverified paypal account.
do they give money to unverified paypal users?

eatingMemory is correct. Everybody recieves payment, but only Verified could add money into purchase balance (maybe something to avoid cheats' claims or something, don't know)

Again! Everybody gets paid, PP Verified even Unverified. You just need to be Verified if you wanna add money into neobux, not out.

They do pay money to unverfied paypal accounts. But you cannot add funds from your paypal to neobux account if your paypal is not verified

(n2): Renting refs, upgrade, recycling, renewing.... typical crazy neobux world, where somebody earns and somebody loses money.

katrina47: There is theme you could see on other PTC networks. If you don't wanna have direct referals, than you could purchase some. It works as HYIP, because upliner is paid from money, that somebody spends on refs. But neobux refs just rent for one month ($0.3/m standard) and every month you have to renew = purchase them for next month. But there is a problem: If your ref earns you more than $0.3 a month, you got money. Else if you ref earns less than $0.3, you lose money. So there is a recycle function, where you could change your lazy refs and you got another one. Recycle cost I think $0.09, and there is the chance, that even your next ref do nothing and you lose $0.39. Somebody loses, but about that $0.3 earns somebody whose refs are active and only because of that is NeoBux.com still paying (every other PTC stop paying in 2 months).

yes.. ive been paid with unverified Paypal.. but watch out in paypal.. they always limit people.

 

I think paypal account can still accept payment even it's unverified. You just can't withdraw the money unless you verify your paypal.
