    There was an office support page/forum already of course.
    Millions are using that software. They should have had a support system.
    This looks like a new form of answering Office problems. Maybe just checking the market.

    Personally I think it's just an attempt to cut down on support spending. I mean if you can get people to help others, why pay for staff to help those who need help? Saying that, I doubt that it'll be so popular, since yahoo answers already has a big head start...

    I believe they will very soon,They are just trying to be in the market... with the pending launch of Google OS :eek: ( Almost everyone is waiting for it) and the linux based thin client systems taking over Microsoft Os' in the Corporate world. ;)
