    Hello,
XTEND does work on Net 35 payment terms.
Payments for November were paid on January 5th. If for some reason you didn't receive your payment, please let me know and I will look in to it for you.

    Hello,
XTEND and Redux Media are not sister companies at all. Redux is in fact a competitor of ours, we happen to use the same ad serving technology as they do.
I hope that clears everything up for everyone.
    Best regards,
    Haley. :)

I am a user of Xtend Media, so far love them. I use 2 Remnant providers and somehow a couple readers are saying they have this annoying pop up: "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?" Xtend has told me that all pop ups have been disabled. My hosting company says it's an add-on from an ad. I can't pinpoint it. It could be from Globe 7 since that's my other Remnant provider. I am hoping users of Xtend can tell me if they are experiencing the same problem.

I believe it's US specific since I can't reproduce what my readers see and I'm not located in the US.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS: I see Haley you are on this thread. I am not accusing Xtend. I am hoping to pinpoint the source. I will be asking Globe 7 users as well.

    Thank you
    Henrietta

It's a pain to generate an invoice every month. Why can't you do it like every other networks out there?

It's very easy to do so. It takes me less than 30 seconds every month, you basically just replace the amount and the date and attach it to their billing via email. It's no biggie

I have been told now that it's a user alert coming from Globe 7. And it's completely harmless. I couldn't reproduce it on my end thats why I was a bit worried when a reader of mine made a big thing out of it. My hosting co reproduced it a few times for me and they said it was not a loop and the user could click out. I thought I would clear things up.

xtend is no way connected to redux media. You wana know why? Cause unlike redux media xtend pays.

I am not trying to say that reduxmedia doesn't pay but I had to contact them like 5 times over 2 months. To get my payment from four months ago.

I think i will have to contact them again for my other payments.

Except for the payment difference both the companies have low cpm but at times you might lucky with a good cpm. The ads are the same.

If you are choosing between the two go with xtend. Redux has terrible support.

Suggestion: These network are a terrible choices for long term ventures online! :D
