I'm having some trouble promoting my new ebook, I am getting sales but not as much as I expected. What more can I do to make more sales?
I don't know, the lading page is ok. Just does not feel like it's selling the product well! Lacks images and so on! Going to go through it and point out a few things!
The sales page could be a bit more professional and attractive. Looks dull and washed out currently. Here are a few product promotion ideas 1] Usual stuff like writing good articles and posting them on article directories, social bookmarking sites and so on 2] Start an associated blog so people can see the quality of your advice (If they like what they see, they may buy your ebook) 3] Try asking some other webmasters with popular blogs, if you can do a guest post in their blog 4] Give others useful advice in forums The possibilities are endless ................ you can read all about them in my e-book "1000 ways to promote your product while you sleep"
Promoting Your Site: 1) Article Marketing 2) Online Press Releases (WebWire is good for paid) 3) Forum Marketing (which you are kind of doing now 4) Ad-Swaps (Partnering up with someone with a list and exchanging free offers 5) JV Partners (which means you need to setup an Aff program, which means CB does not look like a bad idea now). What's you conversion rate for your website? To make more money, you can convert more visitors to buyers or have more visitors, thus more buyers... Why not do both?
1) Try to get approved into Clickbank 2) Buy a few Adwords coupons and start a campaign after researching on it 3) Buy a few ad spaces on similar niche blogs
You make $5,000/month though already, do you need, more? Or is the whole thing a fake like 99.9% of most ebooks, thus why no one buys them?
You have to get the search engines involved, but you won't get listed by them, automatically. You have to do some work, let them know that you're there, that you want to be listed, and that you are worthy of being listed. 1) Get your friends to link to your blog, where your blog is relevant. 2) Participate in forums, where your blog is relevant, and include the URL. 3) Comment on other blogs, in relevant comments, and include the URL. 4) Put relevant and useful content in your blog. 5) Some search engines may index your blog using the site feed. Be sure to activate the feed. 6) When you have done all of the above, your blog will have some weight. Submit your blog to the search engines, for indexing. 7) Post frequently, and keep the content of your blog moving.
There is nothing fake in my book, I am selling the ebook coz I am in need of money, I am in some kind of trouble.. .. I cant wait till 15 Feb for my check to arrive then another 3-4 days for check to get cleared and all.
it's too cheap, mark everything up at least $10.. too low and it makes it look desperate you have a spelling error at "Receive 3 Bonuse" just under your testimonials.
