I'm the owner of Wordpress Junction.

I'm no SEO expert, but I do know how it works, and have done some stuff on my own. I'd like you guys to review it, and let me know how well it's optimized, and what can I do more in order to optimize it better.

A few things I would do is:
1. Have unique description and keywords for each page.
2. Not really an SEO item, but I would turn off directory indexing.
3. Upsell your products. Under your tag cloud list a few of your mostly viewed or top downloaded sites by name only to save on room. Then put a mouse over the name so it shows a thumb nail. You can go by category stats or use overall.

You have a store and your products are themes.

Recently viewed
New / just added
These help your inner pages with PR and also helps your page show new content as it changes as the stats change.
