    when i was running my online e-commerce business then from 6am till around 1am every day most times.

    now that ive sold it i just sporadically write some articles and work on affiliates, soon though ill be opening a new online store so i guess the long hard hours will be back.

    It all depends on what i want to get done what else i have going on, but i try to spend at least 4 or 5 good hours working on my site. Getting traffic to your site comes when your willing to put the time need in thats needed to bring people to your site. Got to work if you want your site to work for you put all the time you can into it at the beginning and it will pay of at the end.
