    Adbrite is nowhere near Adsense.

If your site meets Adsense's guidelines, then I suggest you use only Adsense on your site and not any other PPC.

Remember, whenever a user clicks an ad, it is a possibility that he may never come back. Adbrite pays a paltry 1-5 cents for taking that user away, whereas Adsense pays anywhere from 3 cents to 100+ cents.

I use Adbrite only on those sites, which don't meet Adsense's guidelines.

(Adsense's CPC varies from niche to niche).

Adbrite is useful if you have a site with decent traffic but Adsense is usually the way to go.

That put a smile on my face. Many people wish that adbrite was as good as adsense.

Adbrite is mostly used by those individuals that are banned by adsense, or sites that do not qualify for adsense.

AdSense is going to be more targeted to your content. However, Adbrite will allow you sell your ad inventory more easily if you want to sell it to a private party. But that takes time and a reputable site to accomplish.

If you are looking for a quick monetization then go with adsense.

In addition to adbrite, and adsense here are a few other options

    Clicksor ( ehh )
    ValueClick ( Great )
    BurstMedia ( Terrific )
CasaleMedia ( Great, but extremely hard to get accepted )
Amazon Affiliates ( No comment )
Commission Junction ( This isn't CPC but has the potential to earn you big )
Bidvertiser ( works but ehh as well )

There are lots of more networks out ther but these are some of the best and most known. Try all you can and see which one works best for you.

Cheers Mate, and Good Luck Monetizing your site.

If you ask me, I will say try both. Here, I agree with the saying don't put your eggs in one basket.

Adsense has let loose the chains of their requirements. You can use some other ad networks on your site along with Adsense. But it's best to see exactly what is prohibited before continuing.

I'm using Adbrite but only full page ads(paid by impression) and i'm not very satisfied with the results! i think that ads similar to adsense formats are paid good but they do not have to many ads to run! anyway if the your design page allows more than adsense ads i say to go for it!

I think bidvertiser is not proving any good for me. They only pays for the clicks and if you cant get clicks you are lost

No, no one pays as same as adsense even near to it. Adbrite pays very less.
