hrrmm... no big deal. A good looking template can be altered a little and be resold. Something else that seant did well was register solid domains to resell. The whole value wasn't just in the template. You can find free phpLD templates anywhere. Or, with a little twisting and CSS knowledge and you can change it around a little bit to look a little different. (http://dir.freesearchlinks.com for example of what I mean).

FreeDirectoryLink is a strong keyword rich domain, powered by solid software, with a decent design. Overall a good deal!
