Forums must be PR3 or higher 3. Forums must be do-follow 4. Forums must allow SIG blocks 5. Your posts must be legitimate to the thread so it doesn't get deleted or marked as SPAM 6. If the posts gets deleted within 7 days you will replace 7. Only paying for LIVE links 8. Must be completed within 2 days 9.
