Is this design too simple?

the layout design is simple.
try to change the letter of title at sidebar in bold style

 

Its pretty good in my opinion.

 

Nice blog template, though I can see why some may find it a bit 'too simple'. In any sense it is clean, easy to read with the dark text on white background it has that newspaper appeal.

The site did take a very long time to load, with the site being so simplistic I don't know if it is the site or your host, but I would definitely look into it.

The wordpress template is ok, but it will be better if you personalize it. Maybe put a picture of Davao Shrine Hills to replace the default picture?

I like your concept, but yes I do think it lacks much in the way on unique design (look and feel). What feeling where you trying to get across?

 

I usually like simple and sleek designs... but this is way too simple... perhaps adding more things would do it.

Your using images for content, these images take a while to load hince the slow load time. The design is ok, but you need to add text not images

Loads fast for you because the images are in your cache. For new visitors, it loads realllly slow. Clear your cache and refresh you will see what i mean

 

What he said. Another thing to take in to account is content displayed in images wont get picked up by google.

 

Site is working fine at my end , no loading problem at all !
Try to write those articles and publish them as google won't be able to crawl your site if the content is inside an image .

 

i think that is simple.. but i feel the page is too big
