I think he is talking about Cron jobs. I'm not expert in free web hosting but that could be free web hosting providers do not support that at all

    Hello silvertoes,

    PM has been sent :)

By the way, SetCronJob uses the GMT/UTC timezone, and cron every 12 hours will be launched at 0, 12 o'clock GMT, while cron every 6 hours will be launched at 0, 6, 12, 18 o'clock GMT.
You can check what time it is at the bottom of the Control Panel.

    Hope it helps :)

    Best regards,
    Nguyen An Thuan.

    Hi there,

My service offers reliable free cron jobs as well. Free jobs with no string attached for daily execution, a small annual fee for something that runs more often.

Eight ways to be notified (Twitter, IMx4, Email, SMS), plus site monitoring for Pro accounts.

Check it out: Cron Job Tour
