I need help with wordpress domain transfer

    Today I had my wordpress blog transferred over to a .com domain.
    It is hosted through godaddy.
    Now, when I make a blog post at the new location (.com) , that posting shows up on the old wordpress.com blog and not on the new .com blog.
    How do I fix this so that the first blog is 'dead' and so I can resume blogging at the new location?
    I am new to godaddy and find the site confusing. I don't want to mess things up so I thought I'd come here and ask.
    Any advice will be appreciated! :confused:

    Hey awundrin,
    you can do that with couple of ways
    1.change all your web address and domain name you find in you wordpress admin area.
    2.Change the database with your wordpress old domain to new domain.
    i hope it will work.If you cant do that with yourself please let me know.
