    Have you tried to update your content or perhaps update the content often? Have you done Pinging? and Social bookmarking? Anyway try to do blog commenting as well as forum posting or attaching your blog/site in your do follow forums...

    Once you get a few links into your site then Google will begin to crawl and index it effectively.

    Try getting some links from sites or just submit to a few decent directories.

    It takes ages even when you did some serious backlinking, and you expect the results after one day and you only submitted it to Google? Not gonna happen.
