[WTH] Programmer to remake some sites ASAP

    I keep hiring different people to remake my image upload site and it keeps getting worse and worse for me. I have a few other projects but this one has to be done first so I can see how good you are. please im me for details and I will give you my site to look at. I am open to suggestions as I am not specific on what I need but this site is live and has over 10k pics uploaded already with a ton of members and traffic but I need it BETTER.
