    Page Rank (PR) - is the actual Google Page Rank of the web page linking to your website. If a website is being link to a website that has higher PR, possibility would be that your website will get a higher page rank.

    PR stands Page Rank and Google Provide the PR of Site, PR depends on the backlinks of your site. Google give the 2 type of page rank
    1) Toolbar Page Rank it vari between 0 to 10 ..Another one is Google PR it is in the decimal format and difficult to count. We guys consider toolbar page rank and it depends on your site weighage & backlinks.

    PR stands for page rank. Google toolbar provides the Pagerank as a value between 0 to 10. But the actual PR is a decimal value as said by baranbuffet in this thread. Pagerank is one of the many deciding factors that decides how your site ranks for keyword phrases.
