Selling GPT site, was earning $100/month, high traffic!

I'm selling a site that was making around $100/month when it was active.
I've let it go now, but it could easily get back up and running. (Currently not being maintained)

The site still is getting 5,000 unique visits per month. It was getting over 5,000 uniques a day at one point (It received nearly 600 new members in one day)

The site has 7,340 users, aprox 200 uniques per day.
I don't care what you decide to do with the site.

I have not promoted the site AT ALL for around 3 months.
I never spent much money on actual advertising, in total, I earned about $200 in earnings in 2 months.

The site is based on users who get paid to read emails.
Advertisers pay you to send emails, and also users pay to buy referrals.

For advertisers, the earnings are distributed among the users. For referrals, a user buys them at $0.25/referral. If that person who they "bought" cashes out, they then get $1.

However, users need $10 to cashout, and 99.9% of people never reach cashout. Therefore, this site is PURE PROFIT! =]
This site has a ton of backlinks (over 900) and is PR 2.

You will need a decent host, that can support large amounts of outgoing mail.

How do you find advertisers?

 

I was using a VPS, which cost $6.95 a month. (PM me for the link)
For advertisers, they just came by themselves =]

 

What script was the site using ?

 

The site uses a custom coded script,100% unique.
You get the rights to it, so you could resell it, etc, and earn money off that if you wanted to
