    my site is based on celebrity gossip then which category i choose?

    There should be an entertainment category, and within that category sub categories such as TV, music, games, theater, food and drink, music etc etc.. you get the picture.

    you must choose the rifht and nearest category, for celebrity, you have an options of celebs,stars rumors,actors, actresses other similar to it :p

    This is very common category most of directory list you can find direct gossip category and most of entertainment category and actress and actor category. you can select it . it is easy job.

    Go to Entertainment category and then go its subcategory, you see their entertainment and media section subcategory. you can submit your site in that sub category.
    i have not remembered that directory site which contain gossip category.But when i get it i will update here.

    Use the directory's search function, type in "gossip" or "celebrities", and see which other websites come up. If you find some that are similar to yours, check which categories they're in. A directory with a decent search will list categories as well as websites, but not all of them do. Dmoz does, so it's a good place to start: http://search.dmoz.org/cgi-bin/search?search=celebrity .

    Identify first the main category, for this site - Entertainment or Arts and Entertainment then look for the most relevant and nearest available subcategory like Actors/Actresses.
