    I THINK YOUR REFERING TO THE DOMAIN NAME DATABASE CORRECT?: That would be who.is which is working perfectly fine. Now whoever whois.com I don't know....

    After looking at a snapshot, okay yea that website is obviously important...

    Could be a number of things besides a hacker. Remember how Google wouldnt show results because the guy placed a "/" in the beware of sites security?
