    I suggest you hosts your blog on your website using WordPress instead of at Blogger.

    just the topic of an image/wallpaper site doesn't seem like something that would work well as a type of blog...

    Maybe you could try following some popular news topic keywords that are related to you images for content. Google trends could be your friend.
