Please don't remove watermarks. That is the least we can do to help OURSELVES. someday you will find yourself in the receiving end, then you will realize this maybe.

Yeah, people get upset when you remove watermarks... It's an all-round jerk-move.
If you do, I hope that you get caught.

Why not, make your own logo, or take your own picture? Someone worked hard to create what they did. It takes a lot of learning to become a decent designer or graphic artist. Maybe try to get in touch with them and ask them for a license... Or, you could maybe head over to their house... Sneak in steal their bike and then post questions on how to remove a serial number and decals.

Watermarks are there for a reason, to stop people like you from stealing. Contact the person who made it so you can buy the image off him, he will then remove the watermark for you.

There is a special tool which can remove date stamps and other unwanted object from your photo. Photo Stamp Remover can be downloaded from www.softorbits.com site.

    Look at the other side,

rather sitting and using clone and patch tool to remove the watermark for half an hour you could buy the same image for 1$(basic stock photo)... easy.........

Yeah, and if you get caught doing that sort of crap... If the image is LTD, they can still bark at ya for using it, watermark or none... And that is not going to be too great when people can upload a graphic to google and search for like-images... That one is probably coming sooner than later, eh?

I agree. What if you were working hard earning through making graphics and you gave a sample to someone with a watermark and he goes around asking how to remove this watermark?

If removing watermarks was that easy it would be kinda pointless to put them there right. Only two ways i know of to get around this. 1. Ask the owner if you can buy the pic. 2. Quit being lazy and take your own pics.

Here is a source for very low-cost stock photos: iStockPhoto.
    Google it.

You can buy low-res versions (around 400px) for as low as just $1.
    They're actually very good.

Sounds a bit fraudlike if i'm perfectly honest. Water marks are there to prevent stealing...Why do you want a watermark removed if it's not yours?
