How do i contact Hotmail?

I am recently having an issue with my server.
All emails sen from my server to hotmail don't actually reach the inbox or spambox of the hotmail user.

This happens on ALL domains on the server. The exim_mainlog shows the message as completed but with a "Queued mail for delivery" message.

I have checked the server for blacklisting, no its not on any list !!

I need to contact hotmail for this issue. I'd appreciate someone tell me how and where to contact them in regards to this issue. Or if you have ever experiences such issue, please share you experience.

It would to good to 1st check the outbound IP routing of hotmail IP adresses from your server ( try PING and TRACEROUTE etc )

you server might be facing communication problems with hotmail servers

Thats not the issue new, tracert is perfect and like the logs say, the email is successfully sent. the transaction is compelted. No errors. Just that it seems to be queued at hotmail (per the message in the logs) for an unknown reason.
