    Hello Wise DP Members ;)

Does it really work to buy a high PR domain and do a 301 redirect to a newer lower PR website and all the SEO benefits are transferred??

    PR, age, backlinks etc??

    Thank you for the insight!!

yes, it work. but to see a difference in the pr, you need 1-2 pr update. however, seo benefits are passed also immediatly after the old page is crawled and cache.

The benefits, if at all there are any, are only for a short time. After crawling the new content, and after the next pr update, google will update the pagerank. But the backlinks will carry over to the new domain.
