Buying Expert programmer needed for XML, PHP, WordPress, CSS & MySql

We have a fairly large site that is based on WordPress hosted on a dedicated server that is using various xml feeds from our upstream provider to provide things like news and statistics.

In the past 2-3 months, our server has crashed on us (exhausted its memory) and we have been forced to reboot it. We don't believe its due to the fact that the server is too small, but rather a script(s) we are running that is causing it. It could most likely be the way the xml parsing methods are setup (my personal opionon).

We need an expert programmer who can come in and review the site, give us recommendations and make the changes needed.

You have to fulfill all these requirements:

1. Expert programmer when it comes to XML, WordPress, PHP, CSS and MySQL

2. Provide samples of previous work and must have an online prescence in shape of a company / personal site.

3. At least an iTrader rating of 10 with no negative feedback (would disregard 1-2 depending on the reasons they were given)

4. Fluent in English

5. Must provide hourly rate (we can negotiate a fixed price later)

6. Must be done in the next 3-5 days.
