I need a icon for my app

I need someone to develop an icon for my mobile app as I myself sux at this...

The icon has specific specs:
1. It has be exactly in a highly reflective polished glassy CIRCLE shape of 86 x 86
2. this 86 x 86 square has to fit in a 100 x 100 transparent background with shades. Light source is from top left to right bottom.
3. The inner square is aligned to the top vertically and centered horizontally
4. The symbol of use should refer to something to draw with.
