Free WYSIWYG For Website

Hi,
anyone knows where can be found editors for a web page (not website designing like dreamweaver) ?

I'm looking for free components if possible, searched on google without luck..

Any feedback is welcome

It is 100kb only, seems less robust but will test both

But like someone on that thread said it would be a problem if a user disabled javascript on his browser. I see digitalpoint forums has a javascript based WYSIWYG editor.. what do you think?
