On-page and off-page SEO

What do you think is more important, On-page or off-page SEO? Or do you think a site can't go without one of them?

 

Both seo is about a cumul of factors and diversity ... theres no 1 magical thing ....

 

I strongly recommend starting with your on page SEO first and then off page SEO second.

They are equally as important but most on page SEO can be done when writing a post, therefore most things you can optimization even before publishing it.

If you have published pages not optimized for SEO, go back and have a rethink. Once your happy, build your backlinks...

 

I believe you need both.

You need a good basis, which is onpage seo. Then you build relevant links, whihc is off page seo.

You definitly need both.

My small experience as shown me that building links can be vained if you dont have proper content. Sometime, just after changin the content a bit, I jumped on first page.

Both ON-page and OFF page are required for SEO.These are the base of SEO.

ON PAGE:Always start with keyword selection research and testing.

OFF PAGE:Always start with keyword research, testing and selection.

off page seo can be more effective then on site seo that is my opinion

Both factors should go together in order to create better results. On-Page Optimization (its done within your site) first then next is Off-Page Optimization (its done outside your site).

 

Both on page and off page optimization are necessary for SEO. Until unless you are completed with on page you cant go for off page optimization. On page includes website layout, keywords, description, URL, title, unique content, html, etc. and off page consist of all the marketing activities.

 

Both are important in the realms of seo - both on page and off page SEO. But I think google gives more weightage for off page seo and yahoo gives more weightage for on page seo.

Onpage optimization and off page optimization is the combined process to get good ranking. If you would like to get ranking then you need to do both kind of activities. Right onpage optimization make your website more suitable for all major search engine optimization.

If your off page optimization is going in right direction then this will be great.

 

It looks like I can't go without one of them, I guess it is best to start with on-page SEO as soon as you write the articles and build your site?
