[for Sale] High Traffic High Revenue Proxy Network

I am selling a high traffic, and high revenue network of proxy sites. There are 5 sites in teh network. THey are self sustaining sites. Traffic is growing based on word of mouth, I do no advertising. I tried getting sponsored links at proxy.org a month or two ago but saw an increase of only about 30 visitors from that site as apposed to regular listing so I did not renew.

I suffered a harddrive failure which had 48 hours of downtime on one server, and netowrk issues which had 18 hours of downtime on both servers in August which explains the lower traffic, I lost significant traffic and revenue as both events happened back to back in the first days of August. Traffic has steadily grown since then and is at its peak now.

The oldest site on the network was created in May 2005, the newest one in January 2006. I started using Google Analytics in late May which is why I only posted 3 months of traffic stats. At the same time I started documenting the revenue in detail. I have daily impressions counts, daily clicks, daily eCPM, and daily earnings for all teh ad networks I used on the proxy network to monetize the traffic dating from start of June.

I am not selling the network because there is somethign wrong with it I am selling because I am starting a new company and would love some extra money to help market it. I can do with what I have but would like to get the extra capital, if I don't get the right offer I will not sell. With a steadily growing network with revenue increasing by over $600 in last 3 months there is huge potential.

The proxies run a custom modified version of CGIProxy, the scripts are less resource intensive, less processing power, less memory, and less bandiwdth is consumed if compared side by side to an out of the box CGIProxy script with same traffic.

I have the proxies hosted on 2 dedicated servers with LayeredTech, you could probably get away with hosting them on just one, but I never tried it. I pay $234/month/server here are the specs for the servers:

Direct Admin
10Mbps
2000GB bandwidth

I gete the servers cheap cause I am a LT reseller, I can forward the servers to you for same rate that I get them.

I will help new owner set everything up, if you would like to host somewhere else I will transfer the proxies to your new server. I will setup and configure server to optimize for the proxy.

I didn't send you refferals because I will post them here:

86.59% of traffic is direct from typeins and bookmarks
6.59% are internally from inside, I only have two functional proxies, one on each server, the others are just frontends to the script located on other domain)
2.45% of traffic is organic traffic from Google
0.34% of traffic is organic traffic from Yahoo
0.34% of traffic is from proxy.org
0.31% of traffic is from bypass.cabspace.com
0.30% of traffic is from econsultant.com
0.12% of traffic is from eespc55:8002 (I'm using Google Analytics, this is not an address but its what it is reporting)
2.96% of traffic is whats left over so I'll designate it as other.

As I stated in my original post I will provide screenshots to the buyer if I accept their bid.

Also stormy if you spent a few minutes reading my first post you would notice that for last 3 months revenue has been at a consistent increase of almost $700 monthly, at this consistency $40,000 is approximately one years revenue. And if your just going to look at the last month then thats upto you but this is my sale thread and I set teh BIN to what I feal the BIN should be. If you don't agree with my logic feel free to start your own sales thread and sell one of your sites at whatever you want.
