It is not necessary at all. You can use PPC and earn money faster than a website setup.

It is not always necessary to build a website for affiliate product as there do exist several other ways for AM as well... but then, website surely is pretty significant and stable way of promotion too! :)

Dont waste your time, money and effort to build a website....if you are newbie. Just jump straight to PPC @ Yahoo or Google Adwords to advertise your affiliate link. Speed = Money

Note: Google Adwords does not allow direct affiliate link but Yahoo does allow ;). Hmm how about bing from Microsoft AdCenter

Happy Making Money Online and May Traffic be With You :p

PPC campaigns are ok, but in long run, a website will help you save money and make stable money from it

Thanks for the replays, I thought that starting with PPC is not the best way because you will earn a bit money in the beginning but then it will go down. Is this not true?

It will go down if your product fail. If you are selling a good product or services, then PPC will help you in getting the customer. It is simple math..PPC wont help you if you are scammer/spammer :).

Note: Good Products/Services + PPC and Good Landing Page = Money Generating Machine :)

That is correct. However if your website was not listed at least in Google Search Result first page, than it is as good as nothing.

Like i say before, if you are newbie.. proceed with PPC. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a rocket science :D for Newbie. Dont waste your time!

Note: Try to advertise with PPC and see the performance. If the product continue to convert with PPC, then you can decide to hv a dedicated website for it. If none convert using PPC, then creating a website is useless. Hope you get the point..
