I have one more premium travel site in my inventory that I am letting go for the New Year.

This site was registered by me on February 06, 2009 and I built the site a month thereafter.

The site was built with Wordpress and utilizes a customized premium theme with several plugins installed and activated.

There are 5 unique Cabo articles and 5 unique resort descriptions posted on the site.

Keywords, titles and tags have all been entered on each post using the All-In-One-SEO plugin (saving you a few hours).

The site is currently being monetized by Adsense and Hotels.com (via CJ.com), but it is super easy to put your own affiliate ads or banners into the mix.

I built this site with the intent to sell it immediately upon completion and never installed Google Analytics or an Adsense tracking channel, so I don't have detailed traffic or income stats. I do have AWStats posted. I didn't sell the site back then and it sat in my inventory unattended and not promoted.

I have done no promotion to this site other than submit the RSS feed to a few sites when I first set it up. Assume no income at this point.

* All resorts currently point to Hotels.com affiliate program via CJ.com.
* Also uses Adsense as an income source.
*Just added the "Speak Spanish" ad a week ago.
* It is easy to use your preferred affiliate programs instead of CJ's if wanted and the admin panel lets you easily change the ads.
* All Hotel photos come from the Hotels.com affiliate site and use their affiliate links.
* I will provide detailed instructions to transfer the site to your servers, or I can do the transfer for you.
* I will show you how the site is set up and operates. It is easy to change the ads and the videos and add your own updated content.
* On-site SEO has been put into place for several relevant keywords.
* Pages and categories have been added and filled in for your convenience, and it is EASY to add more.
* All pictures are premium royalty free stock photos.
* I can help you change your affiliate links (even if other than CJ.com's programs).
*Thumbnail images are automatically displayed on the home page for you so you don't have to enter a new one each time you add a post. (You can add new ones, but not needed)
