Google Being Good 2 Me?

last month my top reffering search engine was msn, followed by yahoo, then google

- MSN 213
- Yahoo 110
- Google 103

since i was in the sandbox i had expected this but for this month so far (1 day)
google is top dog

- Google 5
- Yahoo 3
- MSN 2

could this be the first step to me moving out the sandbox?

 

Who knows but 10 referals is a very small sample. I personally have the top keyword I am targeting on one of my sites across the board (MSN, Yahoo,Google, Ask) and Google brings 92% of the traffic still.

dunno if i should take that as a compliment or not since i created the domain

yes, you are on the right track. It will go up from now as long as you don't get penalized (you know, being in bad neighborhoods etc.)

 

yeh i try to watch where i link from, i also got my first bit of profit from my site today as someone wanted 2 months worth of site wide listing on my directory it didnt make me much but must mean my site is having an impact in places.

 

let me give you some more stats

from jan 18th (when i swapped to new domain and placed 301 on old 1) to 23rd jan (when i got sandboxxed) i was recieving on average 450 - 500 unique visits a day, + over 2000 hits from google

from jan 24th - feb 28th on average 80 - 90 unique a day and around 100 hits from google,

from march 1st to march 31st on average 80 -90 unique hits a day and around 100 hits from google,

from april 1st to present (april 15th) on average 120 - 130 unique hits a day and so far 123 hits from google

just by looking @ that you can see the difference the sanbox makes but it also shows my site is starting to gain traffic fromn other sources which is also good

 

That's great! Now keep growing your traffic and it will be a full time gig
