    Hi guys please recommend to me a free wordpress theme with the following qualities:

    -White background in posts area
    -A shade of blue in the background of the outer sides
    -3 sidebars

    You will be lucky to find a theme which is exactly how you want it. Your best bet is to use one like the one I have then customise it :)

    You can find a lot of free themes at wp-mojo.com, wparchive.com and newwpthemes.com.
    But finding one that exactly fits the specifications you have mentioned is quite difficult. Try customizing some free 3 column theme.

    It would be best to search for free wordpress themes, then take the one you like most or what comes closest to what you want and change the colors in the css file.

    I found that finding wp themes/templates was no problem.
    There are so many available that choosing one was the problem.
    I went with Atahalpua which is a four column theme.
