    I currently run a gaming website with about 50k pageviews monthly, and It's slowly increasing each month. I am looking into CPM advertising as I feel I can make more this way than CPC, but I am wondering what a good rate is. I have heard of some sites charging $1/CPM or even $2/CPM, but what are some realistic price guidelines?

    i suggest using TribalFusion. You get around 1-1.5 $ / cpm
    Strongly Recommend them

    Yeh but to get into tribal fusion you need 5000 uniques a day minimum. He needs 150k minimum page views with 100% bounce rate to atleast get into the network

    150,000 pageviews monthly just to get accepted?! Wow that is a lot, my site is growing but not that much. I think I may try ValueClick, I've heard they offer around $1/CPM which is the same as TribalFusion.

    Valueclick cpm is $0.40 with banner ads and upto $1.00 + with high USA traffic. Their CPM for popups / popunders are around $2.00 +

    what is the cpm rates of Valueclick & trible fusion now ??? my rates of valueclick cpm are $0.10 with banner ads and popups are around $0.30 ...

    Should try this network. I've given a link to a quick review of the ad network. I have been with them for over 4 years now and will hopefully be staying with them for many more years to come. They are reputable and paying over $0.30 CPM per banner ad, you can place 3 different banner ad formats on a page. That can therefore give you from $0.90 CPM.

    I also use their popunder ads which are capped at 1 popunder per visitor in a 24 hr period. I am getting just over $12 CPM per popunder display. Say you are getting 3 pageviews per unique, that gives you around $4 eCPM on your pageviews.
