We have a company registered in the UK. Now we need to register a bank account for it. Who can help to solve this issue?
Walk into a bank and ask for a bank account? If you have a company registered in the UK, that means that you have provided a UK address to companies house. This also then means that you have an address. So just goto the bank with details of the company and your address with proof of identity. You will find however that you will probably have to pay for the account. Good luck.
You should reformulate your question. If you managed to register a company, how comes that you can't get a bank account ?
Kalyse, Can we know what it will give you? Maybe we’ll start a private communication? We’ve registered the company using companyinuk.co.uk, without a bank account but now we need it and they don’t answer us for several months already
Call a UK bank. Tell them you have a UK company and you need a UK bank account. They will help you. But companyinuk does not do bank accounts. There is nothing in this for them. They will not help you.
We need a person who will help us with this issue. It’d be great if it is a person who works in this sector now.
I assume u need someone from the company to goto the bank and open the account (as i had to). If you manage to achieve that then you will also need a postal address to receive bank correspondence..etc
If you are legaly registered then you should have no problem giving your company registration number. It will prove you are real and based on that you may improve your chances of someone helping you.
