$10 logo contest (sample included)

Included is a symbol that I want my logo to look like.
But, if you could create a variation of the same symbol
in a more modern look or different form, yet with the
same parts of the original - that would be great.

If you cannot think of any variation of this symbol, then
just recreate it in a larger scale (width: 1000px - 3000px)
so that it can be scaled.

If you think that it is possible to get creative with this logo
and you create something creative that I like, I will award
you a bonus of additional $10.

Key Factors:
Make it 1 color (#ca3030)
Make the edges as smooth as possible for the best scalability.
Make it with a transparent background.
In the end, I'd like the .png (no PSD necessary).

*You must agree not to use your created logo anywhere else,
sell it to anybody else, and pass all rights of ownership and
copyright of the logo to me.

From these three, I like the first one because it is simple and straight forward.

These are pretty cool. I like the third one the most, because it has some creativity to it. The third one could be modified to have the endings that are sticking out shorter (just like in the original) to see how that would look.

The third one is in a circle and has 8 hands, that's what makes me like it over the other two.

 

This is good try, but not what I'm looking for right now.
But, there is something interesting in the way you made
it smooth and different. Thank you for the entry!

But, there is nothing personal... just the logo does not fit

@karimc48 That's not what I'm looking for.

@masjacky is the closest to what I envision for this logo.
If you could make the logo like the attachment I include here
and make it in #ca3030 color, that would be very good.
(follow other requirements too)
