    The RSS feed is the page where your original page is standing but than in a really simple form. You can ask people to subscribe on the RSS so everytime you refresh your content or put another article on your site, they will see that on the RSS feed. You can also put the RSS feed of your site on pages like squidoo and hubpages so that you will get more backlinks.
