    Hello,
I have a newspaper that i would like to publish online but only for my registered members.

Is there any way to publish my pdf newspaper but prevent it from sharing ?!

    Thank you for any answer.

There is no way to prevent your member to share it same with movie case.
But what you can do is at least password protected your file to prevent people change the content.

You can protect files from non-members, yes. But for members you somehow have to stop them saving it, thats a tough call. See if you could show pdf using flash, that could be a solution.

I did one site like that for a medical trainer. that was for videos though.

You can password protect PDF files and prevent them from being copied, changed, or printed by users. I don't see how you could prevent users from sharing the files and passwords with others if they really wanted to, however.

    Hi,

Yes, there is a way using Adobe director with an Extra, the pdf can be password protected and the director movie can access the pdf with the help of the extra and fetch the pages and show them to the end user.

I've implemented this approach for an ebook distributed on a CD and it works just fine. The same method can be used online.
