yes,all the profiles are created in HPR sites.so that your backlinks will be crawled with the given keywords in google quickly. i've shorted the list from A&P.

1)yes,you can use 2 url from different domain.
2)the no. of anchors allowed differs from site,and morethan 2 looks spamy and have the most chance for deletion.so we go with 2 url.
