Should I auto renew my domain name?

    if you are busy with other schedules and u care for the domains then u need to set autorenew or else u can monitor and renew whenever possible. the advantage is you wont miss that domain :p

    Yes, It's good to use auto renew your domains if you care about them. Other wise you will be the fish and out there are many fishers wanting the opportunity to get your domains.

    Well auto renew is good option but i still prefer manual coz if we have auto renew on then we also have to give a source of funds attached to it and it can be misused

    I set auto renew to only those domain names for which I've created sites and are live. :)

    It is worthwhile to have auto renew option for those domain names which you intend to keep for a long while... where as the ones bought for flipping can do with a manual renewal.

    Auto renew doesn't use coupon codes and would renew at the high rates. If you can manage manual renewal, you can save around 30% on renewal costs by using coupon codes

    There's no real downside to auto-renewal... particularly if you're certain you want to keep the domain.

    If domain name you have is very important for you I think that is very very important feature. Sometimes emails from registrar can be lost amd you can forget to renew domain name

    if the domain is have high value for you (e.g high traffic, unique contents, high PR maybe) so activate auto renew I think :D

    my experience, my PR5 domain was lost because I didn't auto renew my domain.. :(
    so, it's all depend on your needs ;)

    Its always better to go for auto-renew option if you are more into online business...It is not a bad idea to spend few bugs on auto-renew while you own few invaluable websites.
