Hello, If you're unhappy with your shared hosting then you can get a vps or a much more bigger deal with our dedicated plans. Our shared hosting are meant to be for very light weighted sites, and failure to comply with our terms of use will result in an account suspension since it does affect the server's performance. At the moment our NL hosting is not down and wasn't down at those mentioned times you mentioned, I also replied to another post of yours in WHT or similar and it was the same minute you claimed you were down and it was accessible for us. As I said you're being banned for hammering the server with as many connections. Thank you.
This is total BS. This is a lie. Which time? This a lie. I've been nice with Santrex since problems start with downtimes on shared NL hosting. People will be able to understand this easily when reading all my posts about Santrex. I do NOT recommend Santrex anymore. Stay away from those people.
i couldnt find a better thread to post this in but i've had some dealings with santrex. between me and my associates, we've problably had a VPS in every location they offer, all for at least a month. I've also tried their shells and shared hosting, and what i've found out is a few things. a) the support people are slow and usually stupid. kcook is the only one who gets shit done, it seems like everyone else is just filler. it could use some work, but for the price and they tend to make shit right in the end, I like them. i've encountered a few problems on their vps's, netherlands was the worst. france was slow, i blame the network rather than santrex. germany was good, I liked it. usa was good. as was canada. as for their shared hosting? forget about it. i tried multiple locations, constant TRASH. comparing it to surpasshosting's cpanel cpu usage was < 1. santrex? never below 5. it was just bad. I'd stay away from the shared. good: vps, shells. bad: shared, slow support. my suggestion to you, masrawyz? hire a few people to watch your livechat constantly. hell, hire me. pay me in shells, I DONT CARE. just fix the response time to tickets man, it's horrible to wait 4hours to a response when your vps node is flaking out hardcore. as for the money back situation, i was scared of that at first. they should impliment some sort of detailed stats on their servers, proof of reliability and whatnot to form an opinion on rather than reviews. thats my opinion on santrex, for what it's worth.
