Google Webmaster Tools affect my Ranking?

I would like to remove my sites from google webmaster tools, how do I do this?

All the sites that I used GWT resulted in really poor ranking, the sites that i haven't submitted to GWT has very good ranking.

I think if you submit your sites to GWT, you sites will be looked at closely than the ones that you didn't submit.

 

I use GWT and it does not affect ranking.

 

If that's a concern, why did you sign up in the first place?!

 

i really dont think that gwt will effect your rankings maybe its the quality of your site that affects your rankings

 

Yes, if you optimize your site correctly then GWT could really help you with ranking, but I am having so much trouble optimize my site, so I usually spam a little, it helps if the site wasn't list on GWT. As soon as it's added into GWT, it's under a detailed monitor. At least that's how I feel.

 

Why would they offer a service that would negatively affect your ranking? Noone would use it, I don't think you have to worry at all

 

I think he has a point there. Until started to use GWT, everything was fine, but for the sites using GWT, rankings are low, I think may be he is correct when he says that by adding your site to GWT your sites are under closer monitoring. Only thing now needed is proof that somebody else has also got same experience.

 

gwt never affect your rankings if you have quality content .......................... or if you have duplicate content then your website may be in google filter................for some or all keywords..............

 

Well how can closer monitoring be a bad thing unless his content isn't good enough? If your content is amazing closer monitoring is the best thing you could hope for

 

GWT helps you to optimise your site better. If you use the tools provided, your rankings should improve.

I would suggest that any low rankings on those sites associated with GWT are purely coincidence.

 

I don't think so, infect GWT will be help to promote your site on right direction if you done any mistake or your site have any error then GWT will tell you everything regarding this, so don't think about that.

 

No use GWT for ranking site.. use only quality content, then it will get good ranking...

 

I think what you need to understand is that the quality of your content is what matters the most. GWT will NOT affect your rank, so make sure you haven't been falling behind on the quality of your content.

I can almost garauntee that if you increase the quality of your content your rank will increase too

I experienced the same thing with OP..I think once you submitted, they still collecting data for it. I deleted some websites of mine and then couple of weeks later I added them back, the data are still there!

 

hey, you are wrong about GWT , i always use GWT for my websites , and never face such type of problems.

I think we all know this already.

My problem is I have duplicated content sites, I think by add these sites to GWT, the ranking will become worse because they are been monitor more closely for quality content.

Good quality content : GTW will be better.

Bad quality content: You will ranking lower than you would if you haven't used GTW.

 

Well Make sure the contents are not copied and make good keywords, i think GWT doesnt affects your rank. I havent faced such problems
