    Thanks in advance.

I have hosted my site in Godaddy.com, My site have 5,000 images which size 90 MB. If I try to zip the image folder from File Manger (a tools provided by Godaddy.com) it's only takes 20 MB for Zip and through error.I don't want to download 1 by 1 file through ftp.
Any one have a great idea , which make it possible to back my site easily.

    Thanks again.

Try contacting godaddy to create a zip file as they have root access, and they will place in your account. I hope they will do it

the ftp method would be the best and easy way.

5000 files may take some time to download but it will be easy & fast method then looking for alternate methods. the time u will spend on search methods might be enough to download all your files through ftp.

Use any multythreaded ftp client. On Mac I use Transmit. It will not just equal download time of all files but will download it faster as one zip file will.

You have Cpanel. Use the backup option. Download the backup, open it and get the files you want. Easy!
