I bought a domain on 15th december and now its pagerank 4 !

Mate, that site have fake pr due to 301 redirect and i removed it due to copyright issues! Any site can get pr by that! Gadgetgoat have original PR and motorolafans have pr due to 301 redirect!

yes the domain is 1 yr old because the archives says you got a post fro feb 2009

 

Its mostly white hat, but I think he spun some articles on squidoo.

He did SEO work, that's how you get pr4. His best links from http://tarantulasrecords.com/, squidoo lenses, and commenting on blogs and forums.

 

That link was never figured into the recent PR export. Look at the cached version of the page 26 Dec 2009 - link is nowhere to be found.

 

When you do a 301 redirect you get the PR from the original site, thats how fake PR works, except maybe in your case its not really fake because theyre both your site and you had a legitimate reason to do a redirect namely domain name trademark.

So the "white hat SEO" that you did was that redirection. The new site takes PR from the old site.

Any way for a new website have PR 4, It is really impressive but risky too. Is it because of 301 redirection of an old high PR domain?

 

To maintain this PR4, you need to put in substantial effort by adding in regularly more quality content etc.

Update: I just checked your site with prcheck.com and it says Fake PR, so in the next google pagerank update your PR might go, be careful!
