25 post to start topic at Buy&Sell

    Hello all,

    Its a Q better for forum admins.

    I want to sell my template at Buy, Sell or Trade forum sections, i have already 25 posts and unable to create topic due to forum rules restrictions.
    Any ideas? I need to wait manual permission or whatever?
