Is it a new site? Google images don't update in quite the same way as regular serps, it's a different bot and there's a major update every 3 months or so, particularly for new sites. So if your site is only 3 or 4 months old, just wait a bit, and it'll happen.

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying, but if the script and the images have only been in place for 3 months, even if the domain is older, then what I said originally clearly applies.

Here are few tips to get index your images
    - Give meaningful name
    - share those images at flicker
    - share those images while submitting your site to digg
    - give image alt tag
    - share your images at other relevant forums

i am sure it will be indexed

In addition to seojig's advice, be sure to make sure that you have a properly canoical url to your images.

    mysite.com/09/12/images/pizza.jpg

    is much less effect than

    mysite.com/pizza/dominoes/cheese-pepperoni-pineapple.jpg

Giving an alt and a title tag help a lot too, but give it time mostly. Google will index your pages and crawl your images, and if your pages have a decent amount of traffic and you have specific keywords in Google, your images will come up. Best of luck!

Google is really fast when it comes to text content, but it is really slow with images. Some people have to wait for as long as 12 months, before their images get indexed by Google.

Also, if the images are not unique to your site, Google may never index all your images.
