    I have avg 72 hits/day , actually I didnt get the time for this site but you can cash the traffic and can easily get upto 200 visits per day. I m selling coz I have no time for this site, else it could be good for revenue

    I am the template maker of this directory and this person has not purchased a footer removal which is required with my free templates.

    This will follow to the new owner unfortunately now that I know the URL...

    @ the seller:

    let me know how much you want to sell the directory for? $500 is a bit too much for 1)lot of work has to be done on the site 2) it uses free template 3) no revenue proof...

    on top of that, to upgrade the script to a newer version would require for the buyer to spend close to 100 bucks (for unbranded)...

    let me know if u have any reserve...or you may pm me with a different price.
