    as far as the search engine:
    I don't think it's worth it. Google made it possible to custumize it just for people like you to 'spread the word'..
    I think it doesn't matter how the SE looks, because we don't spend a lot of time in it, we spend 5-10 minutes and then close it.
    Also, no one is going to remember your SE, even Live was a terible name for SE - Do you see how hard it is?

    It's a lost battle, Bing is a good name for a SE IMO.
